Smoked Salmon Vodka Bloody Mary
Bloody Mary’s spiciness provides a terrific backdrop for Smoked Salmon Vodka. Serve with a Pink Peppercorn Breadstick dabbed with cream cheese and wrapped with lox or, if you’re not in the mood for baking, with toasted bagels, cream cheese, and lox.
8 ounces V-8 juice
1-3 dashes Tabasco
1 dash Worcestershire sauce
Pinch of sugar
Pinch of salt
Freshly ground black pepper
1 shot Smoked Salmon Vodka
1 stalk celery, including leaves
Mix all ingredients except celery together. Pour into a glass full of ice cubes, and garnish with celery stalk.
